 Touch
of Africa has a wonderful team of highly skilled part-time and
contract staff. Abigail Pfeiffer, owner and founding
director, is an excellent mentor to events with a difference.
Born in Zimbabwe, Abigail studied event and project management
as well as interior design. Whilst working for various
embassies and NGOs, she was president of the Rotaract
Club in Zimbabwe, served on the Ms Zimbabwe Peagent Committee
and groomed young talents on social etiquette.
In 1999, Abigail moved to Berlin where she continued her
expertise in event management with Berlin International
Women's Club being the social events
co-ordinator, ensuring continued inter-cultural exchange.
She also worked for the World Aids Conference in Barcelona
2002, where she recruited and managed volunteers in the cultural
department.
